I believe therapy works best when clients feel comfortable being themselves and genuinely understood. My approach is person-centered and relational, with an emphasis on creating an authentic, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space. I’m interested in working with adults navigating concerns such as anxiety, stress, relationships, identity, and periods of change or uncertainty. I’m also drawn to helping people who feel stuck regain a sense of agency and build momentum toward the life they want.
Before entering the counseling field, I spent several years working in the corporate world and understood firsthand how difficult it can be to manage high expectations, balance the demands of work and life, and find a path forward when stress begins to feel overwhelming. Making my own career transition into counseling has also shaped my interest in helping people navigate change, uncertainty, and questions about what they want from the next chapter of their lives. My goal is to meet clients where they are, understand what matters to them, and support them as they work toward meaningful change.
