Tina Eisman

Throughout my three decades as a dedicated social worker, I have had the profound privilege of supporting individuals and families through some of life’s most formidable challenges. My practice is rooted in helping clients navigate complex issues such as chronic illness, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, and significant life transitions.

I approach each client with unconditional positive regard, fostering a collaborative environment where we can explore and build upon their inherent strengths. It is consistently inspiring to witness individuals discover untapped resilience within themselves, empowering them to initiate meaningful and desired changes in their lives.

What led you to become a therapist:

My journey into therapy was driven by an innate curiosity about the human experience and a genuine desire to guide and support those seeking assistance. In our work together, my deepest hope is that clients develop the confidence to bravely face life’s adversities—whether overcoming obstacles, breaking free from unhelpful patterns, or healing past wounds—and cultivate the self-compassion necessary to navigate their personal growth journey.

Favorite Quote:

A guiding philosophy for me is encapsulated in Oscar Wilde’s timeless quote: “Be yourself; everyone else is already taken.”
