 CFC Therapy Group offers treatment in the Lincoln Park neighborhood of Chicago.  Call  (312) 618-4867 today if you have any questions or if you would like to schedule an appointment. For your convenience, we also have an office map and directions available for you to print out.

Once you make an appointment please fill out the appropriate paper work located under the forms tab and bring it with you to your first session.

Hours and Locations

Weekday, evening, and weekend appointments are available. Our usual office hours range from 9:00AM-9:00PM (Monday-Thursday), Fridays varied based on requests, 10:00AM-3:00PM (Saturday & Sunday)

CFC Therapy Chicago office is conveniently located near the North/Clyborn Red Line and the Armitage Brown Line in the Lincoln Park neighborhood. There is free parking located on Wisconsin and Marcey. Pay to park meters are available on Clybourn and they are free on Sundays.

Benefit and eligibility reports from your insurance are subject to all contract limitations and your eligibility status on the date of service.
