I am excited to be joining the team at CFC Therapy Group as an Intern. I am starting my final year of my graduate degree of Clinical Mental Health Counseling at National Louis University. Prior to joining CFC Therapy Group, I worked with neurodiverse populations and expanded my passion for meeting people where they are and building genuine connections.
I believe that growth, change, and healing can occur when supported in a collaborative and genuine relationship. My personal approach leans on person-centered theories and my values around multicultural feminism also greatly shape how I understand and relate to people. In my free time, I find joy in well brewed espresso shots, cooking for me and my loved ones, and my cat.
