Krisha Arnold

Krisha L Arnold has been a clinician in practice since 2006. She is a graduate of Northwestern University’s Counseling Psychology Program. She utilizes a Client-Centered and Cognitive Behavioral approach to treatment.

What this means is that she will work with you and your family to identify the goals that are important to you. Then explore with you ways to modify the way that you think and respond to situations/events to allow for change. Overall, for therapy to be successful it is important to incorporate approaches that fit the best for you; therefore, she will work with you to determine how to work the most effectively together. Over the course of therapy, she will adjust her approach and focus, based on your feedback.

Krisha’s areas of specialization include helping teens and adults who are struggling with ADHD, Depression and Anxiety. In her work she focuses on helping clients navigate life changes such as change in education/employment needs, relationship /blended family concerns, self-esteem concerns, and cultural/ relational difficulties.
