There are times in life when a neutral ear can be beneficial and you need someone to listen and acknowledge your concerns.  I like to meet the client where they are and use an integrative approach to meet the needs of the client.  I listen to what you need now in your life and collaborate with you to help you set goals so you can return to a better place. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Masters Degree in Clinical Professional Psychology.  My background includes working with a wide spectrum of life’s challenges including family difficulties, understanding and better managing individual stressors, and aiding in school and career transitions.  My specialties include anxiety, autism spectrum, grief, ADHD, LGBTQ, young adult issues, parenting, and interpersonal relationships.  I have completed Level 2 Training in Gottman Method Couples Therapy and may use this as a basis when working with couples. Please feel free to email me if you have any questions or to schedule an appointment. I look forward to hearing from you.kathy@cfctherapy.com Read blogs from Kathy
