What do you like most about CFC

The atmosphere at CFC is refreshing and kind. The care each client receives with both professionalism and warmth makes CFC a gem in a big city like Chicago. CFC cares deeply for their clients and clinicians and it is clear in each interaction.

What is your favorite part of scheduling new clients?

I love being able to fit the puzzle pieces together to match each need with just the right clinician. I love how different we can all be.

What is one thing most people don’t know about you?

I have a degree in cultural anthropology and linguistics from the University of Tennessee. Go Vols! And I think Harry Styles is overrated. Sorry Harry.

What are you typically doing when you are not working?

Exploring the city with my family or visiting new places with them. Being in the forest among the trees, going for a run, or doing my favorite at home exercises from NML (Nourish Move Love) on my basement carpet. In the winter, I love all the snow sports and in the spring, you will find me where any flowers are because they are my inspiration and muse.

What does therapy mean to you?

Therapy means care and health to me. It means working through good and hard things in life to be the healthiest one can be and thriving on this little planet in the galaxy.

How can clients connect to schedule?

Email me directly at intake@cfctherapy.com. Call us at 312-618-4867 or visit our website at www.cfctherapy.com.

What can clients expect from your interactions together?

Kindness and clarity are very important to me. I want clients to know that I am a resource and will do all I can to help them get to where they want to go.

What are you reading right now?

I love non-fiction. I have been deep diving into Better than Before by Gretchen Rubin about habit formation and I am a sucker for finance books and podcasts.
