You may sense that something isn’t quite right but aren’t sure what to do next. Wherever you are, you don’t have to face it alone.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and centered on respect, with the belief that all behavior is a form of self-protection. I bring care and curiosity to our sessions, working with you to explore the roots of your challenges and establish new, healthier patterns.
I specialize in the following areas:
- Individual Therapy: Supporting clients through anxiety, depression, grief, life transitions, and creative/professional blocks. Treatment approaches include “Parts Work” such as IFS and DNMS to address underlying attachment wounds and heal the impact of childhood trauma.
- Couples & Relationship Counseling: I work with couples in traditional or non-traditional relationships to help them resolve conflict, improve communication and deepen their bond. I use evidence-based models, including Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the Gottman Method..
- Sex Therapy: I provide affirming care for diverse sexual identities, orientations, and relationship arrangements. I address concerns such as low/mismatched desire and challenges with intimacy or sexual functioning.
My perspective is shaped by my own lived experience as an artist, parent, small business owner, and community member. I have a particular affinity for working with creative individuals who are seeking to reconnect with their artistic voice.
Let’s begin the work of moving toward healing, greater connection, and meaningful personal growth.
