Following a ten-year career in marketing strategy and consulting, Aiden transitioned to social work to support others in a more direct and meaningful way. Aiden is a Licensed Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from Loyola University (2025) and a BA in Psychology from DePaul University (2014). Prior to joining CFC, they interned at a mental health drop-in center leading support groups on topics like grief, healthy relationships, and self-care. Aiden also provided one-on-one support on client’s recovery plans and led artistic workshops exploring creative approaches to mental health.
Aiden practices through a psychodynamic, trauma-informed lens, which helps clients explore earlier life experiences that shaped their nervous system and overall sense of safety and belonging in the world. This process helps release old patterns, build resilience and capacity, and see yourself in a kinder light. Aiden also introduces coping skills and therapeutic exercises from multiple approaches (including cognitive-behavioral therapies, parts work, somatic experiencing, and executive functioning coaching) to help clients manage stress, reduce the impact of difficult emotions, and build healthier relationships. Aiden supports clients with a wide range of concerns, with specialization in neurodivergence (ADHD and Autism), LGBTQ+ identities, and relationships. Aiden approaches sessions with warmth, curiosity, and a commitment to creating a judgment-free environment where you feel safe.
